Kenneth P. Dobbs has been representing clients before the Social Security Administration for over 20 years. During that time, he has successfully represented over 3,000 clients in disability claims and at hearings. Mr. Dobbs is committed to protecting the rights of injured and disabled people throughout the United States, and has advocated for them in Washington, D.C., before state legislatures and in court.

Ken DobbsBefore receiving a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law, he received a master's degree in public administration from the University of Oregon and a bachelor's degree from California State University at Northridge.

Mr. Dobbs is a member of the American Association for Justice, Federal Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association (member, Human Right Section Council), past president of the Suburban Bar Coalition (chair of the Judicial Evaluation Panel), Chicago Bar Association, past president of the North Suburban Bar Association and Families Advocating for Injury Reduction (past chair, Executive Board). He has received numerous awards for his public service and law-related work. He is also a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR).

Mr. Dobbs is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for Northern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Brett L. Dobbs, Attorney at Law

Brett DobbsBrett L. Dobbs practices in the area of Social Security Disability. He earned a BA in political science from Vassar College and his J.D. from the University of Law School in Madison. During law school, he was selected to participate in the Innocence Project, a national litigation and public policy organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted individuals through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.

Mr. Dobbs is admitted to practice in Illinois. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Gayle D. Anthony, Attorney at Law

Gayle D. Anthony practices in the areas of Social Security Disability, estate planning and corporate law. She is also an arbitrator for the securities industry.

Ms. Anthony earned her BA from the University of Florida and her J.D. from Duke University School of Law. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the State Bar and the Salt Lake County Bar Association.
